A light color with fine glances of ochre reveals a slightly hazy wine because of the reduced filtration. The maceration gives strong aromas of ripe fruits, like peaches and pineapple, on the nose. Aged for nine months in Transylvanian oak, it is very smooth on the palate with a special fruitiness, hints of butter and vanilla and a long aftertaste.
Recommended with: Confit duck leg, or slow cooked eggplant rolls with spices and whole-nuts, complex tastes in general.
